The Palcoyo Rainbow Mountain Tour begins with pickup from your hotel in Cusco at 04:00 a.m. We will travel through the impressive Andean landscapes to a local restaurant where we will enjoy breakfast. We will then continue to Palcoyo, where a short, low-difficulty hike will lead us to discover the famous Three Rainbow Mountains, surrounded by llamas, alpacas, and high-Andean flora and fauna, with spectacular views of the majestic Ausangate Snow-Capped Mountain.
During the tour we will explore the surprising Palcoyo Stone Forest, a natural viewpoint with unique rock formations and unforgettable panoramic views of the Vilcanota Mountain Range. After enjoying the scenery and taking photographs, we will return to enjoy lunch before beginning the trip back to Cusco. The excursion ends between 04:00 and 05:00 p.m., near the Plaza de Armas, culminating one of the best nature and adventure experiences in the Peruvian Andes.
